User Rights

The interested party can exercise his rights by writing to the e-mail address of the DPO indicated above or to the e-mail address dpo@dblc.it To allow the best management of the request, the interested party must specify in the communication the right he intends to exercise and the treatment to which it refers, attaching an electronic copy of a valid identity document that DBLC srl will use exclusively to verify the legitimacy of the request.
Withdrawal of consent
With reference to the art. 7 of the GDPR, the interested party can revoke any consent given for the treatments illustrated below at any time. In the absence of a different legal basis, the withdrawal of consent involves, within the strictly necessary technical times, the cessation of any further processing activity, including mere conservation, without however compromising the legitimacy of the processing previously carried out. Where the treatment is not based on consent, its possible revocation would not affect the legitimate continuation.
